Methodology – experience in working with SCRUM teams in JIRA and ServiceNow tools
Familiarity with Team Development code repository pull/push mechanisms in ServiceNow
Product backlog design & estimation experience
Risks identification and mitigation – especially technical and project
Flexibility to adapt design and estimation to scope changes – planning
Ability to prepare technical documentation incl. Technical Design, Release Manuals
Tests support – excellence in cooperation with Test Lead and Testing Team, Business Analyst, External Technical Teams, Project Teams
Fluent English (written and spoken)
