I am a graduate of the departments of Mathematics and Information Sciences and Electronics and Information Technology at Warsaw University of Technology. During my studies, I started working at PTK Centertel – now Orange – as a data analyst. After a few years, I additionally started running recruitment and billing processes. Almost 20 years ago, I founded IT CONNECT together with my partner – Grzegorz Skoczek. Then I led a project to implement a large service brokerage portal. Currently, however, I take care of the appropriate level of infrastructure and systems at IT CONNECT.

I am one of the founders of the company and have been taking care of its operation for 20 years. During this period, the company has undergone a huge transformation from a small business to a large and thriving company working with more than four hundred consultants. At work, I am focused on identifying and solving problems. In my relationships with people, I focus on honest and open communication. My goal is to find the best solutions, I love automation and making complicated things simpler.

I enjoy learning new things – whether related to IT in the broadest sense – like the application of artificial intelligence in business, new programming languages, frameworks, or unrelated things like carpentry or metalworking. I am experimenting with changing my place of residence and learning new languages – I have already lived in Switzerland and Spain. Currently, I am realizing myself as a father of a young toddler, dreaming of peace and sleepy nights.

I am a graduate of International Relations at the Warsaw School of Economics, where I also pursued specializations in real estate management and diplomacy, as well as a pedagogical study for teachers of economics. I also graduated from the Institute of History at the University of Warsaw with a specialization in archives. For the past eighteen years I have been gaining experience in the IT industry with the creation and development of our company. Previously, I worked on a database project related to Polish history.

I started working for the company in 2006 with operational management of our business, and after founding IT CONNECT, I took the position of its president, which I still hold today. During this time we have grown from a small company to a medium-sized enterprise at the moment. I manage all of the company’s processes and its financial and accounting side, and make sure that the company’s mission and vision for us is carried out. I value people and relationships based on respect, friendship and understanding. A good atmosphere helps build both the company’s image as responsive to the needs of candidates, consultants or clients and encourages them to work with us. Thanks to this, a technical industry such as IT finds its “human dimension” and colleagues are willing to stay with us for a longer period of time.

My passion is genealogy. I love the related hint of playing detective. I also really enjoy statistics, which also helps professionally in building a knowledge-based organization. In my free time, I also practice hiking in the mountains and swimming in the Masurian lakes.

I am a graduate of the College of Mathematics and Applied Informatics in Bialystok with a major in Mathematics and Informatics in Banking. I also attended postgraduate classes at ALMAMER Szkola Wyższa in Warsaw, majoring in Human Resource Management in 2008-2009.

This is my first job in this industry. I have been working at IT CONNECT since November 2007. Initially, I worked as an HR Specialist, and thanks to my analytical skills, I took over financial affairs in the company as a Finance Manager since January 2009. During the COVID pandemic I took the newly created position of HR Outsourcing Manager, and as a result of internal changes in the company at the end of 2023 I took over the management of all operational processes as Chief Operating Officer. At work, the most important thing for me is the PEOPLE and taking care of good relationships. It doesn’t matter if it is my direct colleague, any of our consultants or a client, I try to approach each relationship individually, flexibly and in partnership, and at the same time with full professionalism. In relationships, honesty, responsibility and mutual respect are very important values for me, and the greatest joy for me is to surround myself with people who are guided by similar values to me.

In my free time I often devise new business strategies. Privately, I like to take a break from business matters while traveling, for now the closer ones, but there are plans to travel further afield. Of other activities, I love squash, skiing and bicycle trips. In the summer, I spend every free moment with my husband in the garden, where we grow our favorite fruits, vegetables and lots of beautiful flowers. On long autumn and winter evenings, I like to spend time under a blanket with a mug of hot tea and some cool fantasy book in hand in the company of my two purring cats, spoiled to the limit.

I have been involved in the recruitment industry for 7 years now. While in college, I worked at a recruitment agency with a portfolio of clients in various areas, including IT.

I started working at IT CONNECT after defending my bachelor’s thesis and have been working with them for 6 years. I appreciate the high degree of freedom of action, individual approach and supportive atmosphere. At IT CONNECT, we form a close-knit team that I can always count on.

In my free time after work, I like to prepare delicious food for my loved ones, as well as discover new places in Warsaw and delve into crime stories.

I am a graduate of the University of Szczecin with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychosocial Counseling specialization. In the following years, I obtained two master’s degrees – in the specialization of Revalidation Pedagogy and Preschool Education at UKSW and in the specialization of English Philology at SWPS. I have been working in the IT industry for 5 years.

I started my adventure at IT CONNECT by gaining about a year and a half of experience in recruitment. Then I tried my hand as a Junior Contractor Support Specialist, later as a Contractor Support Specialist, up to my current position – B2B Contract Specialist. My main responsibilities include taking care of Contractors (including signing relevant documents) and receiving incoming purchase invoices to our company. What matters most to me is the atmosphere and good communication. I also value contact with people, mutual support and assistance, and personal development.

I love spending time with my family and friends, especially watching a good movie or playing board games. I enjoy reading interesting books. Depending on the mood, they can be either comedies or psychological thrillers. I also enjoy learning new things and traveling.

I am a graduate of the Master’s degree in Cultural Studies with a specialization in City, People, Spaces. I also completed postgraduate studies in Human Resource Management and a specialized course in HR and Payroll Specialist. I have been working in the HR industry since 2020. Over the years, I have gained experience working in many areas related to human resources management at different levels.

In March 2021, I started working at IT CONNECT as an HR specialist. My responsibilities include comprehensive care of people employed under employment contracts and civil law contracts. The most important thing for me at work is the organizational culture, which is based on shared values, sincerity and closeness in relationships, and using one’s talents and resources in the duties performed.

Privately, I am a dog lover, a film music enthusiast, a faithful fantasy reader and a person in a constant process of self-development.

I am a graduate of the Higher School of Banking in Warsaw. I have been working in the IT industry for more than two years.

I started working at IT CONNECT on March 7, 2022 as a junior billing specialist. At the company, I am in charge of billing, creating quotes for our clients and coordinating orders. I was then promoted to the position of billing specialist and took over IT support responsibilities. What matters most to me is the friendly and family atmosphere and working with open-minded people. Equally important to me is the opportunity for personal development and continuous expansion of my own competence.

My hobbies include the gym and martial arts. In my free time I like to play computer games and watch movies. In the future I would like to own a pygmy hedgehog and a Maine coon cat.

I am a graduate of the Bachelor’s degree in Business Management at Leon Kozminski Academy in Warsaw. I am currently finishing my master’s degree in Project Management specialization. I have been working in the IT industry for 1.5 years. I mainly recruit for specialized positions related to, among others, IT solution architecture, programming, but also Project Management.

After completing my full-time studies in September 2022, I started working at IT CONNECT with a 3-month internship, after which I was extended already as a Junior Recruitment Specialist. After a year, I was promoted to Recruitment Specialist. I value a smile, sincerity, punctuality and flexibility. I like people and enjoy sharing my energy with them. A sarcastic, sometimes strong sense of humor never leaves my side.

Privately, I love basketball, which I have been playing semi-professionally for about 15 years. I am also interested in investments, and in my free time I go for walks with my crazy Husky dog.

I am a second-year student of international business management at the University of Ecology and Management in Warsaw. I have also completed several trainings on marketing: trainings conducted by the Center for Personal Development in Wroclaw on marketing and social media communication strategies, as well as a training on content marketing organized by Marianne Krupa (SEO and content specialist). I gained experience in the industry with my internship at IT CONNECT. Previously, I worked as a cashier and a waitress.

I started working at IT CONNECT in December 2022. I started as a team support, where I was in charge of updating the company’s content and creating visuals for the company’s social media, among other things. Since September 2023, I have already been fully focused on improving the company’s image. I value comfort at work – I like my work to be organized, and setting priorities allows me to be able to reorganize quickly in emergencies.

In my free time I love to read fantasy. A large part of my private time is also taken up by martial arts training, which may take up a lot more of it in the future due to the instructor training I am undergoing.

I am a first year psychology student. This is my first job in this industry.

I started working at IT CONNECT in September 2023. What matters most to me is the good atmosphere, relationships and common goals that bring people together.

I am mainly interested in psychology and travel.

I am a third-year student in Cosmetology at the University of Engineering and Health Sciences in Warsaw. I have six months of experience in the industry. In a previous company of this profile, I worked as a Support Operational Specialist and my work mainly consisted in taking care of IT specialists working for the client.

I started working at IT CONNECT this year. What I value most in both my professional and personal life is the atmosphere and mutual respect. On a daily basis I am a cheerful, cheerful and empathetic person, so a sense of humor in the team and mutual understanding is an absolute must.

In my free time I am passionate about cycling and rollerblading, cosmetology, especially make-up, make-up, facial care, massage and manicure, and walking my dog.

I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Personnel Management from the Warsaw School of Management, and I am currently a student majoring in Man in Cyberspace at UKSW. I have more than one year of experience in the IT industry.
