During the agreed period, the Client and the Consultant have the opportunity to get to know each other, and the final employment decision is made at the end of the period. The Try&Hire service therefore combines the benefits of recruitment and outsourcing.
In the case of Try&Hire, the Client has a specific time to check the quality of cooperation with the Consultant, therefore the decision on the final long-term employment may be postponed.
The remuneration for Try&Hire combines the features of outsourcing (Consultant's remuneration with a transparent margin during the trial period) and a success fee, which is reduced by part of the margins paid during this period. We establish detailed rules at the beginning of cooperation.
The Try&Hire service reduces risk in both cost and design. Thanks to it, you can react to changes earlier or adapt your plans to the changing business situation.
In the Try&Hire model, the Consultant also has the opportunity to learn about the work environment, the scope of technologies used and methodology in the project, before finally deciding on long-term cooperation.
Our experienced Team supports Consultants with its knowledge, among others, in choosing forms of cooperation, starting a business, writing a CV, and matters related to employment and civil law contracts.
We offer consultants during the trial period access to private medical care, sports packages and group insurance on preferential terms.
