In the case of Try&Hire, the Client has a specific time to check the quality of cooperation with the Consultant, therefore the decision on the final long-term employment may be postponed.
The remuneration for Try&Hire combines the features of outsourcing (Consultant's remuneration with a transparent margin during the trial period) and a success fee, which is reduced by part of the margins paid during this period. We establish detailed rules at the beginning of cooperation.

In the Try&Hire model, the Consultant also has the opportunity to learn about the work environment, the scope of technologies used and methodology in the project, before finally deciding on long-term cooperation.
