recruitment process looks like!

The recruitment process is always stressful, regardless of whether you are just entering the job market or looking for new experiences. Therefore, in order to prepare candidates as best as possible, we have briefly described what the recruitment process at IT CONNECT looks like.

STEP 1

Thank you for your application!


The first step to your career is behind you... At this stage, you need to be a little patient because we are currently analyzing the documents sent by all candidates.





What do we take into account when assessing a CV? We focus on verifying candidates in terms of compliance with the job requirements specified in the recruitment advertisement and contacting the best applicants.




We place all received applications in our candidate database and consider them in subsequent recruitment processes.

STEP 2

You pass, we keep our fingers crossed!



The second stage is the recruitment interview. Take it easy - there's no need to stress, try to be yourself and I'm sure you'll do it.



During the interview, you can expect, among others, questions about your previous professional experience and expectations for the future position, as well as testing of your technical skills and knowledge of a foreign language.




 People who have made a positive impression on us are recommended to the next stage.

STEP 3

Congratulations, this is the final stretch!


This is the stage in which selected candidates are invited to a recruitment meeting directly at the client's premises. After the meeting, decisions about cooperation are made.
